Two new Covid cases
Two new positive Covid-19 tests were registered yesterday, reports corona.fo.
One of the persons is linked to a known chain of infection, while the other tested positive in a follow-up test six days after testing negative on arrival in the Faroes.
Both persons have been isolated, and contact tracing has begun.
There are now eight active cases in the country, one of whom is receiving Covid-19 treatment in hospital.
Nine people are listed as being in quarantine.
