Minister: Faroes should take in refugees
Faroese foreign policy is changing from a neutral stance to full support of western foreign policy.

“In these war times, the Faroe Islands will be supporting western foreign policy – and we are open to accepting refugees,” said foreign minister Jenis av Rana.

“We are adopting a clear and unified stance on this matter. We will help to any extent that we can.”

“This is a price we must be prepared to pay in these circumstances."
