Norwegian airline increases flight frequency after successful first year on Norway-Faroes route

Norwegian airline Widerøe began its twice-weekly flights between Bergen and Vágar in September 2021.
These flights have proved so successful that the airline has now expanded the route to five weekly flights, all days except Thursdays and Saturdays.
Vágar Airport is enjoying the benefits of its new airline partner:
“This past year has shown us that this new airline brings us an entirely new cohort of travellers, which is great,” says Regin I. Jakobsen, CEO of Vágar Airport.
