A residential house on J. H. Schrøtersgøtu in Tórshavn caught fire shortly before 2pm today.
Firefighters, police and an ambulance arrived at the scene, and everyone inside the house was taken to safety.
The cause of the fire has not yet been established, according to a police spokesperson, who adds that the fire has rendered the house uninhabitable.
