Youths behaving badly

Police received a report at 2am last night of unannounced visitors in a house in Argir.

A neighbour reported having seen a group of young boys entering the house next door to steal alcohol.

Police arrived swiftly and apprehended two of the boys. Since all the boys involved were younger than 18, their parents and social authorities will be informed.

Yacht vandalised

Meanwhile, witnesses in Suðuroy called police after seeing a group of young boys vandalising a yacht stored on land.

Police are looking into the matter.
